You confirm that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance, or warranty not expressly set out in these terms, and you waive any claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or misstatement.

3. Our Contract With You
3.1 A legally binding contract is formed when we email you confirming acceptance of your order.
3.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and no payment will be taken. Reasons may include stock unavailability, pricing errors, delivery restrictions, credit checks, or unforeseen resource limitations.
3.3 Upon acceptance, we will issue an order number. Please quote this number when contacting us regarding your order.
4. The Products
4.1 Product images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Colours and packaging may vary slightly. Please rely on the product title and description.
4.2 Packaging may differ from that shown on the website.
4.3 All products must be administered by a qualified medical professional.
5. Your Right to Make Changes
If you wish to modify your order, contact us promptly. We will advise whether the change is possible and outline any adjustments to pricing, delivery, or timelines.
6. Our Right to Make Changes
We may make changes to products:
6.1.1 to comply with legal or regulatory requirements; or
6.1.2 to introduce minor technical improvements.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery costs are shown during checkout and depend on the delivery option selected. All deliveries require a signature.
7.2 International delivery: We may ship outside the UK at our discretion. Customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local medical laws are your responsibility. We are not liable for customs-related delays or seizures and cannot refund products held or rejected by customs authorities.
7.3 Delivery timelines:
In-stock items: dispatched within 2 working days
Out-of-stock items: dispatched within 7–14 working days
International deliveries may take 7–14 working days from acceptance.
7.4 We are not responsible for delays beyond our control but will notify you if such delays occur.
7.5–7.8 Responsibility and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery and full payment.
7.9 If required information (such as prescriptions) is not provided, we may delay or cancel the order.
8. Your Right to End the Contract
8.1 You may cancel by contacting us using the details in clause 2.
8.2 If cancellation occurs before dispatch and we are not at fault, refunds may be subject to reasonable deductions.
8.3 Products dispatched or received must be returned at your cost.
8.4 Immediate cancellation and full refunds apply if we make material changes, pricing errors, or significant delays.
8.5–8.7 Consumer right to change mind: Consumers have 14 days unless exclusions apply.
8.6 Exclusions include:
Unsealed hygiene products
Cold chain items
Mixed or inseparable goods
8.8 Returns Policy:
Customers must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and non–cold chain.
8.9–8.12 Return costs, refunds, and deductions are handled in accordance with consumer law.
9. Our Right to End the Contract
We may terminate the contract if required information is not provided or delivery cannot be completed, with refunds subject to reasonable deductions.
10. Voucher Codes and Promotions
Voucher codes are valid for up to 6 months unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions or cancel orders where misuse is suspected.
11. Defective Products – Consumers
We are legally required to supply products that conform to this contract. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
12. Defective Products – Business Customers
We do not manufacture products but will pass on applicable manufacturer warranties where possible. All implied warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
13. Price and Payment
Prices are displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full before dispatch. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and debit card payments.
14–15. Liability
Consumer and business liabilities are limited as permitted by law, with exclusions for indirect losses and business use.

All wholesale orders that have been paid for and processed are non-refundable, including partially shipped orders, as stock is ordered specifically for the customer.
