Elite Fillers – Refund & Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Elite Fillers, we are committed to supplying high-quality dermal fillers and aesthetic products to customers across Europe and internationally. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and all products offered are sourced and handled in accordance with strict industry standards.

That said, we recognize that there may be rare situations where a return or refund is required. This policy explains the circumstances under which returns and refunds are accepted and outlines the procedure for submitting a request.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A return may be accepted if any of the following apply:

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective or shows a quality issue upon delivery

  • The delivered quantity does not match the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and remains in its original packaging

Important Notice:
Due to the sensitive nature of medical and aesthetic injectable products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Notify our support team within 7 days of receiving your order using one of the following methods:

Step 2: Provide Required Information

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s) and quantity

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Step 3: Approval & Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Do not return any product without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Step 4: Return Shipment

Once approved, return the product to the address provided by our support team.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Step 5: Inspection & Resolution

Upon receipt, the returned product will be inspected by our quality control team. If it meets our return criteria, a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The returned product passes inspection

  • The order was canceled before shipment

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the return is received and approved

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, using the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned outside the 7-day return period

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Shipping and handling fees (unless the issue was caused by us)

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.

  • Orders canceled before shipment qualify for a full refund

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process if eligible

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the issue along with your order details, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
